On the 26th of July, I had the pleasure of being treated by Chi the beauty therapist who performed a facial on me. The facial from start of the facial was good, Chi used warm water and spoke to me throughout the facial. Chi informed me what products were being used and how it was going to help. One product was used for exfoliating and it did burn my skin, but Chi was quick on her feet and quickly removed it and jotted down the sensitivity of my skin. The whole facial was pleasant and I felt like my skin was renewed! The only thing I would suggest is a blanket or something warm, as I was cold throughout the whole treatment which made it slightly less enjoyable. Other than that Chi did an amazing job!"
